Despite tropical heat full concentration for gymnastics. This is how the course on 29/06/2019 in Mingolsheim can be summarized. For the 16th time already, the KTG Bruchsal organized a further training course with Dr. Flavio Bessi from Freiburg. Before the practical part about power, twist techniques and handsprings start, the participants received a no less important topic: sexually motivated violence. In a lecture by Mr. Simon Erhardt from the Sportkreisjugend der City Karlsruhe, which was praised by all participants as very good and vivid, the 48 participants were sensitized to this topic.
Afterwards Dr. Bessi took over the training course. In the usual sovereign manner, he teached about forward and backward somersaults with twists, as well as strength training with children and handsprings on vault. After numerous interesting discussions, 48 participants received their certificate of participation at the end of the course
