From the 13th to the 20th of August the courseof the FIG Coach Academy took place in Cairo, Egypt.
The course was held for women artistic gymnastics, men artistic gymnastics and rhythmic gymnastics.
Approximately 80 participants from Egypt, Lebanon, Algeria, Morocco, Kuwait, Yemen and Belarus had the opportunity to complete a one-week training level at the facilities of the Olympic Center for National Teams.
The Director of the Coach Academy, the Canadian Hardy Fink, designated Andrea João (BRA), Nadya Aleksandrova (BUL), Helena Dias (POR), Andrés Llanos (COL) and Flavio Bessi (GER) as experts.
On the spot, Nehad Zayed and Mohammed Ali Soliman made things go smoothly.
The continuation of the training with Level 2 is planned for 2020.
